Step 2: Upgrade to premium to customize macros, message me, hear announcements, and have access to live streaming information and workouts - this connects you to me as your advisor and is where we will work together to meet your goals!
Step 3: Make sure that I am your advisor in the app - StacyCimino
Step 4: Send me a message through the app and we can get started!
Step 5: Go to your dashboard and have a look around. You will see your calories and macro recommendations. Make sure your settings are “calorie/macro counting”.
Step 6: Just start tracking. Start where you are and we will make small adjustments to make this sustainable long term.
Step 7: You will do a weekly assessment (Tuesday or Wednesday) this will send me your journal each week and I will review and get back to you with any recommendations and feedback!

Assessments
Assessments can be found on your dashboard and can be done on Tuesday or Wednesday.
I will be back to you no later then Thursday, this is how you will get feedback and recommendations from me. All of this communication occurs through the chat feature in the app. You must track to submit an assessment.

Understanding Macros
Macronutrients (macros) are nutrients your body needs in large amounts. Tracking macros can help you reach your individual health & body composition goals. It involves understanding and tracking calories and types of foods you eat, to optimize your desired outcomes and results.
The app customizes your macros, this can be found in your dashboard. Take time to learn the features of the app, the help section contains a lot of useful information. Reach out to me with questions and we will have this down in a couple of weeks.
Your total calories are made up by a combination of protein, fat & carbohydrates. As you eat and enter the details into the app you will see your macros add up.
PROTEIN
Foundational building block for body’s cells and tissues including muscles. You need this for proper recovery from exercise and to build and maintain lean body mass.
