I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, a Menopause Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong (GGS), and hold a CF-L1 certification from CrossFit.I am not a registered dietitian, medical doctor, or licensed therapist.
