This is a 4-week Confidence Challenge starting Monday, May 4th.

The goal is simple: Build consistency with your nutrition, movement, and daily structure—without overcomplicating it.

Inside this challenge, you’ll focus on:

• moving your body daily

You’ll be using the 1stPhorm App to track and stay organized.

I’ll help you set your numbers/macros and guide you each week with simple, clear direction.
